WHAT PLATFORM ARE YOUR SALES PAGE BUNDLE TEMPLATES BUILT FOR?
All templates are developed for Kajabi or WordPress using Beaver Builder. If you already have an existing website, the templates will be installed on a separate WordPress installation either on a new domain or a sub directory of your current domain.
This means that even if your current website uses a different WordPress builder such as Divi, Thrive Themes or Elementor, the sales page templates won’t affect them and you can use these templates with no problem.
CAN I INSTALL THE TEMPLATES ON KARTRA, KAJABI, SHOWMAX, SQUARESPACE, WIX, CLICK FUNNELS, ETC?
No, the templates can only be used on WordPress
CAN I INSTALL THE TEMPLATES ON WWW.WORDPRESS.COM?
No, the templates can not be installed on www.wordpress.com. We recommend purchasing hosting from Godaddy , Greengeeks or Guru.
CAN I USE THE TEMPLATE ON UNLIMITED SITES?
Due to licensing constraints, each purchase allows for one WordPress installation. You may create as many pages within that install as you like. If you would like to use the templates on a second domain or WordPress website, please send us an email at support@carolhampshire.com.
CAN YOU INSTALL THE TEMPLATES ON MY CURRENT WEBSITE URL?
If you have an existing website that you would like to keep, we will require a separate wordpress installation for the Template and will be providing you with separate wordpress logins for you to access it and make changes.
If you have an existing website, we will need to install your template in a subfolder such as https://yourwebsite.com/purchase, a subdomain such as https://purchase.yourwebsite.com or a new domain that does not have an existing website on it.
If your hosting only allows one wordpress installation, you will need to upgrade to a different package. We will do our best to advise.
You can either set up the empty wordpress website with your host and add support@veronicaclare.com as a user or we can help you with the new wordpress setup.
AFTER PURCHASING THE BUNDLE, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO INSTALL THE TEMPLATES?
After you have purchased the templates, you will be sent an automated email which directs you to a form which you will fill in for either the WordPress development team member who will be installing your templates.
Once your completed form is received and all the information checked out and cleared for installation, it’s all systems go, and your templates will be on your site in 48 – 72 hours (Mon – Fri).
DOES THIS INCLUDE FUNNEL & PAYMENT PROCESSOR INTEGRATION?
No, this bundle does not include funnel and payment processor integration.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE TEMPLATES TO MATCH MY BRAND FONTS, COLORS, AND PHOTOS?
Yes! Included in the bundle are tutorials on how to edit the templates so you can easily change the colors, fonts and images to match your branding. You can also customize the layout by rearranging, adding, removing sections as well.
WHAT IF I’M NOT A TECHY PERSON AND NEED HELP CUSTOMIZING THE TEMPLATES?
I have got you covered. My assistant Matt is on standby to implement your branding, copy and images into the templates. His rate is $30/hour and you will get access to his contact details once you have purchased the bundle. You can also hire a designer of your choice to assist you with customization.
ARE THE TEMPLATES RESPONSIVE AND MOBILE FRIENDLY?
Yes. The templates are created to be viewed on any device. They will look great on any desktop computer, tablet or phone.

No, the fonts used in the templates will not be provided, however you will be supplied with links on where you can purchase them, as well as links to similar free fonts that you can use.

No, these templates work with a free Canva account.
DO YOU OFFER CANVA SUPPORT?

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
