This website is owned by Carol Hampshire. Use of this website is at your own risk. We host our site on a reputable platform and take reasonable efforts to maintain and host the site. However, we make no explicit representations or warranties as to the safety or your individual use of the website. The Terms and Conditions contained on this page is subject to change at any time.

Refund & Return Policy:

Digital products

There are no refunds issued for digital products.

We recommend contacting us if you have any questions before you purchase or for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading my digital products or templates.

Coaching & Consulting

There are absolutely no refunds on Coaching and Brand Strategy Session because once I spend our time with you, I can’t get it back. I cannot guarantee results in a coaching or strategy relationship because results depend on your openness to being coached and your willingness to do the work.

I recommend you being very clear that the container you purchase, is the container that you need in terms of support.

If you are not completely satisfied with your investment and are on a payment plan, you may request we stop collecting on future payments. (It is rare, but it does happen that a coach and client may be ill-matched and it is best for both parties to go their separate ways.)

Upon providing deposit or full program payment you are authorizing Carol Hampshire to process your payment. Upon approval of your application, you are responsible for full payment of fees for the program. No refunds will be issued if you are accepted into a coaching container or program and all installments must be paid on a timely basis.

Finally, a great deal of energy, time, thought and heart goes into preparing for and being present on our calls together.  If you’re late for your appointment, you lose that time.  If you don’t show, you’ll still be charged in full. In turn, we promise to honor our appointments and be on time as well.

Lapsed Services

We understand life happens and circumstances may prevent you from starting or even completing your coaching or branding / website package within an appropriate timeline. However, if you pay for the services and fail to supply me with all the content within six (6) months of your initial payment, you forfeit any payments received and no refunds will be issued.

Attempts will be made to provide you with a comparable service through a digital product or online program within one (1) year of your initial payment; however, 1:1 coaching services and my website packages are not guaranteed as my offerings and pricing may have changed since your initial payment. After one (1) year from your initial payment, you will be required to contract for new and existing coaching/website services.

Changes to the project scope

I will do my best to accommodate any additional changes to the project scope, which can include (but not limited to), additional revision, additional pages, additional custom artwork etc.  Once you inform me of the additional changes or additions, and if they are not already provided for in the existing quotation given, I will provide a separate quotation to cover them and a time and date that I can accommodate based on other client commitments I have at the time.

Intellectual Property Notice:

All images, texts, graphics, website copy, and trademarks are the property of Carol Hampshire, unless another party is attributed.

By accessing this website you agree that:

• You will not copy, duplicate or steal our website or it’s content. This is considered theft, and we reserve our right to prosecute theft to the full extent of the law.
• You will not copy design ideas, brand phrases, or anything similar. This is considered theft.
• You will not copy, adapt, or imply that this website or it’s content, designs, templates are yours or created by you.

Template Bundles:

By purchasing a template from this website, you are legally bound to the following terms.

There are no refunds after purchase.

The images that are in the templates are for display purposes only and need to be replaced with your own images.

You may not resell, redistribute or  pass off the template(s) as your own.

Graphic designers, website designers, funnel designers, brand designers etc, are prohibited from claiming the templates as their own, reselling them or promoting them as original, unique work.

You cannot use them as inspiration for your own client projects and you cannot use them as your own, to advertise your services.

Template bundles will remain the property of Carol Hampshire until paid in full.
