What platform are your SALES PAGE BUNDLE templates built for?
All templates are developed for Kajabi or WordPress using Beaver Builder. If you already have an existing website, the templates will be installed on a separate WordPress installation either on a new domain or a sub directory of your current domain.
This means that even if your current website uses a different WordPress builder such as Divi, Thrive Themes or Elementor, the sales page templates won't affect them and you can use these templates with no problem.
Can I install the templates on Kartra, Showit, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, Click Funnels, etc?
No, the templates can only be used on WordPress or Kajabi.
What hosting providers do you recommend and will I need this before you install my templates?
Yes, you will need to purchase your domain and hosting before we can install your templates. We recommend purchasing your hosting from WPX or Greengeeks.
Can I use the templates on unlimited sites?
Due to licensing constraints, each purchase allows for one WordPress installation. You may create as many pages within that install as you like. If you would like to use the templates on a second domain or WordPress website, please send us an email at support@carolhampshire.com.
Can you install the templates on my current website url?
If you have an existing website that you would like to keep, we will require a separate wordpress installation for the Template and will be providing you with separate wordpress logins for you to access it and make changes.
If you have an existing website, we will need to install your template in a subfolder such as https://yourwebsite.com/purchase, a subdomain such as https://purchase.yourwebsite.com or a new domain that does not have an existing website on it.
If your hosting only allows one wordpress installation, you will need to upgrade to a different package. We will do our best to advise.
You can either set up the empty wordpress website with your host and add support@veronicaclare.com as a user or we can help you with the new wordpress setup.
Please note that purchasing this template does not include ongoing technical support with your hosting provider, your plug ins and other general technical assistance 7 days after your template installation. If you require additional technical support, the cost will be $50 for 30mins.
After purchasing the bundle, how long will It take to install the templates?
After you have purchased the templates, you will be sent an automated email which directs you to a form to my team member who will be installing your templates.
Once your completed form is received and all the information checked out and cleared for installation, it's all systems go, and your templates will be on your site in 24 - 48 hours (Mon - Fri).
DOES THIS INCLUDE FUNNEL & PAYMENT PROCESSOR INTEGRATION?
No, this bundle does not include funnel and payment processor integration.
Can I customize the templates to match my brand fonts, colors, and photos?
Yes! Included in the bundle are tutorials on how to edit the templates so you can easily change the colors, fonts and images to match your branding. You can also customize the layout by rearranging, adding, removing sections as well.
WHAT IF I'm not a techy person and NEED HELP CUSTOMIZING THE TEMPLATES?
My team member is on standby to implement your branding, copy and images into the template for an add on cost, just reach out to support@carolhampshire.com and I will get you connected. Alternatively, you can also hire a designer of your choice to assist you with customization if you choose.
Are the templates responsive and mobile friendly?
Yes. The templates are created to be viewed on any device. They will look great on any desktop computer, tablet or phone.
Are the stock photos in THE SALES FUNNEL TEMPLATES included in the purchase?
The images used in the templates are from www.inspiredstockshop.com. You can purchase a them yourself and you get 15 free stock images as a bonus.
Are the FONTS in THE SALES FUNNEL TEMPLATES included in the purchase?
You will be supplied with the links to purchase the license to use the fonts displayed in the template demos, as well as links to similar license free fonts that you can use.
DO I NEED A CANVA PRO ACCOUNT TO ACCESS THE BONUS TEMPLATES?
No, these templates work with a free Canva account.
