Q: WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PURCHASE A NEW BRAND IDENITIY DESIGN?
Upon completion of your purchase, an automated email will promptly follow with instructions for the next steps and a link to schedule our kick-off call. Before we meet, you will need to complete the brand intake questionnaire and supply me with a link to your Pinterest Board of ideas. You'll also gain immediate access to the HUB, where you can explore bonus Canva templates, expert video trainings, and brand masterclasses.
Q: HOW WILL WE DETERMINE WHAT WEEK YOU WILL WORK ON MY BRAND?
During our kick-off call, you'll choose a week on my calendar that I'll dedicate entirely to you and your brand. This day is typically within a week of our kick off call. I'll need your availability on that week for same-day feedback to ensure we can finalize your new premium brand within that week.
Q: WHAT ABOUT DIFFERENT TIME ZONES?
I collaborate with clients globally and will accommodate any differences in our time zones as needed.
Q: HOW MANY ROUNDS OF REVISIONS CAN I HAVE?
The package covers two rounds of revisions available until the day following the delivery of the “Premium Brand In A Week” concepts. Included in the price are 2 rounds of revisions that will be provided on the day after the Brand In A Day concepts have been supplied.
Q: Will YOU SUPPLY ME WITH THE BRAND FONTS?
I'll provide links to buy licensed brand fonts, typically around $30 each (but can be more), that might have been used in your branding. Additionally, I'll share links to access any free or Google fonts that might have been utilized.
Q: WHAT FILE TYPES WILL I BE SUPPLIED?
You'll receive access to all necessary file formats for your brand assets (such as JPEG & PNG), along with a brand style guide containing color hex codes. This ensures a consistent brand identity across all platforms.
Q: WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS PURCHASE?
The scope of this project excludes additional custom designs like podcast covers, book covers, custom illustrations, social media templates etc. as well as purchasing of licensed stock images, typefaces, backgrounds, textures etc. Also excluded are: sourcing of stock images, additional zoom calls or any deviations from the deliverables as outlined.
